Facilities.
Wheatlands Farm offers superb facilities, appealing to riders in all disciplines, which can be enjoyed in a friendly, relaxed environment. Wheatlands Farm continues to develop and maintain the facilities ensuring high standards.

The Stables.
The Yard comprises a total of 31 large, light and well ventilated stables with sophisticated security including; Intruder Alert and 24-hour CCTV Surveillance and Fire Alarm systems.
Every stable has rubber matting on the floor and Stokbord on the walls for added protection.
Arenas and Showjumping.
Use of both the riding arenas, 20m x 20m Ecotrack Lunge Arena and covered 5 horse Claydon Horse Walker is included in all livery packages.
Both the flat and jump arenas are available for hire all year round. During some Summer months, a grass dressage arena and/or one set of timber BS standard jumps, set up on grass, are also available to hire, weather permitting.
Flat arena hire with wooden poles for pole work:
£20 for 1/2 hr for 1 or 2 horses
£40 for 1 hour with up to 4 horses
Jump arena hire:
£22.50 for 1/2 hr for 1 or 2 horses
£45 for 1 hour with up to 4 horses
Cross Country.
Our Cross Country comprises six courses with varied and interesting jumps at all heights from 30cm to 1m. There are two water jumps, 4 ditches and two banks, one has steps and drops. There are plans to construct more ditches in the near future.
The courses are open daily from 8am till 8pm for schooling and hire, between Spring and Autumn.
Start times are allocated at half hour intervals with the last booking at 6pm. Within reason, there is no time limit on the course.
Cross country course hire:
£30 per horse
Our cross country course will be open and available to hire in Spring 2025 and throughout the summer. We usually close in September for the winter but this is weather / ground dependent. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for the exact opening and closing dates.
