Livery.

Wheatlands Farm offers a range of Livery packages which include use of the 60m x 30m, 50m x 25m Activ-Track riding arenas, 20m x 20m Ecotrack Lunge Arena and 5 horse covered Claydon Horse Walker with rubber H block flooring.

The stables, tack rooms and yard areas are covered by digital CCTV, sophisticated intruder and fire alarm systems.

Home-made night hay is included in all our livery packages. All stables have glued down rubber mats. Chopped rape straw bedding can be purchased on site. Wheatlands Farm is fortunate to be able to offer all year-round turnout.

DIY Basic

Bedding is not included but is available to buy on site.

  • 12' x 12' brick stable, usually in the courtyard with low level hay manger, rubber mats and a rug storage
  • Night hay is included in our DIY Basic package
  • Allocated space in the feed room for bins, spare rugs and other equipment
  • Space in the tack room for 2 saddles, a bridle and grooming kit with a small locker for other items
  • Further space for a large rug storage trunk
DIY Plus

Bedding is not included but is available to buy on site. 

  • 14' stable, usually in the barn with low level hay manger, rubber ma2' x 12' or 12' x 1ts and a rug storage bar
  • Night hay is included in our DIY Plus package
  • A choice of balancer and fibre feed are also included
  • Turnout or bring in Monday-Friday (Owners choose either AM or PM)
  • Space in the tack room for 2 saddles, bridle and grooming kit and space for a small trunk for other items
  • Use of the rug room, with 2 large heated rug driers
  • Further space for a large storage trunk
5 Day Part

Bedding is not included but is available to buy on site. 

  • 12' x 12' or 12' x 14' stable, usually in the barn with low level hay manger, rubber mats and a rug storage bar
  • Night hay is included in our 5 Day Part package
  • A choice of balancer and fibre feed are also included
  • Horses are cared for Monday-Friday including turnout, muck out, feed, hay, water and bring in
  • Space in the tack room for 2 saddles, bridle and grooming kit and space for a small trunk for other items
  • Use of the rug room, with 2 large heated rug driers
  • Further space for a large rug storage trunk
