All those using the premises and/or Facilities for their horses/ponies do so entirely at their own risk

• Wheatlands Farm, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the premises and/or Facilities do not accept liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty or otherwise.
• It is an express condition of every person entering upon the premises and /or Facilities that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree, that he/she does at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse.
• NO DOGS, except on a short lead in the lorry park only.
• All Instructors must be insured. Wheatlands Farm requires instructors to produce a valid insurance certificate before they are permitted to instruct.
• All horses should be insured for public liability, we also recommend insurance cover for injury and loss of use.
• Riders are recommended to have their own accident insurance policy.
• Appropriate protective clothing must be worn in accordance with current British Eventing guidelines, Rules and Safety | British Eventing
• Wheatlands Farm reserves the right to cancel any booking as a result of bad weather on safety or for any other reason.
• All horses must have received a flu booster at 1 year and a Tetanus booster at 2 years.
• All riders must be accompanied by a non riding adult (over 18 years of age) with a working mobile phone. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and within sight of an adult at all times whilst using the Facilities. All accidents must be reported promptly to the Yard Manager and an accident form completed.
• Riders are required to ride within their capabilities and not attempt fences that are outside their capabilities.
• The stable yard itself will remain closed to visitors there is no access at any time to anyone other than Wheatlands Farm staff and liveries. Livery viewings are by appointment only.
